MAAMA Programme - Otahuhu

Our Wednesday & Thursday MAAMA Programme in Otahuhu is a dedicated space for our elders to connect, stay active, and feel a sense of belonging within the community. Each week, we bring together elders for a relaxed and welcoming gathering filled with light activities, shared meals, laughter, and meaningful conversations.

This programme is designed to support the wellbeing of our elders by reducing isolation and creating opportunities to build friendships and maintain cultural connections. Whether it’s through games, gentle movement, or simply enjoying each other’s company, every session is centred around keeping our elders happy, engaged, and valued.

We welcome all elders to bring along their loved ones to be part of a supportive and uplifting environment.
