Pacific Outreach

Our Pacific Outreach service supports older people through caring home visits. We connect with elders in their own homes in a respectful and culturally safe way, making sure they feel supported, valued, and listened to. During our visits, we help identify any support they may need, including disability equipment, home care assistance, shower support, and essential supplies. We also help with Work and Income support and connect individuals and families to other helpful services when needed. Our goal is to make sure older people do not face challenges alone and can access the support they need to live safely, comfortably, and independently at home.
