Whanau Ora
Whānau Ora – Tātou Collective is a holistic, family-centered
service that empowers whānau (families) to achieve their
aspirations and well-being. It focuses on strengthening family
resilience, supporting cultural identity, and providing tailored
guidance and resources across health, education, social, and
economic areas. Services are designed to be flexible,
inclusive, and culturally grounded, ensuring that whānau are at
the center of decision-making and goal setting.

Our Services

Family Centered
Direct services are provided to vulnerable whānau to restore
safety and wellbeing/mauri ora where family violence has
occurred or is at risk. The service aims to create longer-term
change to prevent family violence from recurring, helping
whānau access additional services and drawing on wider
whānau/community support. The approach emphasizes
effective, innovative, joined-up methods to meet whānau and
community needs while reducing service fragmentation,
duplication, and gaps in frontline services.

Elder Abuse
Elder Abuse Response Services (EARS) ensures that older
people experiencing or at risk of experiencing (or perceived to
be experiencing) abuse and neglect have timely access to
appropriate local services that respond to ensure their
immediate safety and support them to have greater control
over their lives.
